Refund policy
We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have upto 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
- Change of Mind: Returns for a change of mind are accepted provided the customer covers all return shipping charges.

Late Requests (Deduction Fee): Please note that if you contact us to request a return more than 12 hours after receiving your product, a 30% deduction fee will be applied to your refund.
Exchange Conditions
- Damaged Items or Wrong Color: Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrectly sent items.
- Size Exchanges: We highly recommend confirming your measurements with our support team prior to purchasing to avoid sizing issues. If you need to exchange an item due to selecting an incorrect size yourself, the exchange will be processed, but you will be responsible for all applicable delivery charges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will share details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
